They were letting several people park there trucks with trailers parallel across all the parking spots every night,so many times had to park in diff hotel. Very rude of guests to do ,abd strange hotel staff would let that happen.

Brand-new and impeccably clean room with spacious beds, a microwave oven, a refrigerator and a dining area. A tub in the bathroom. Free parking on site provided. Nice pool. Location close to shopping centers and Lake Mary and grocery store.

This place is in a comfy spot with easy access to amazing restaurants, the airport, and a local tournament. Also, just a quick 700 feet walk away, you'll find Jay Lake for a nice stroll. Perfect for exploring and unwinding all in one!

Mold smell in hallway's and in room's first floor. Second floor in replacement room bad smell and filty room but better.

The whole experience was really good! It was a fairly clean place. Staff were affable. I greatly enjoyed my perfect room. The location was comfortable, close enough to shops and shopping centers.

Everything was fine other than the water pressure in the shower being horrible, and the bed was very uncomfortable.

The location and hotel is pretty

The customer service, the manager Jean who treated my guests horribly and me. I blocked 11 rooms 8 months ago confirmed all two days before showing up and confirmed with Maria day manager. When we arrived two rooms were cancelled and the front desk Jean (night manager) told me that none of my guest rooms had names on it yet in my hand I showed her confirmation from Booked.net where I booked and the direct room correlation numbers in LaQuinta's pms showing the internal confirmation number to match Booked.net's booking numbers since booking explained to me that their system reservation numbers will not match LaQuinta so I called Maria and Maria sent me each internal booking number to make sure all rooms were right she and I did this three times prior to my arrival on 8/19/2015. The night mgr. Jean said she did not see them. My guest were locked out of rooms since Jean said she did not have there room paid yet behind the front desk she had my credit card authorization and two contact numbers and all guest rooms who's names this would cover (This was my wedding block) I have cried all weekend about this experience I will not refer or stay here again.

We frequently stay in a deluxe queen studio here, it is always clean and just right in terms of pricing at US$66.
